Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Customers are allowed to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing order. Hassle-free exchange and 30-day return policy allows you to return or exchange items easily within 30 days of purchase, ensuring a stress-free shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our priority!

2. In a case of return due to manufacturing defect or due to receipt of damaged product, marblum will replace the  replace the entire product at no cost after evaluation within 2 working days. If replacement is not available, client will be given an option of a credit note or a full refund without any cancellation or shipping charges. However, for custom items - only repair, replacement or credit note will not be issued.

3. At the time of delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the products. Once accepted by signing the delivery note or via otp, no returns due to any other reason will be accepted. For refund the product must be returned at the time of delivery itself and delivery fee will be deducted from the amount of refund.
